Ordering & payments

Ordering 

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with the correct email address, you will receive an email confirmation. Note that it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, such as name, e-mail address, postal address etc. are correct. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at info@ectesport.com and we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

If we for any reason are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at our earliest convenience. If we have already received payment for the order we will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method used to make the payment.

Payment options

Klarna - PAY NOW. This means you can pay by card directly at the checkout. You can always pay using Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Payment is taken when order is confirmed.  

Klarna - PAY LATER. You can choose to buy now and pay later. This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched.

* Please note that Ecte cannot provide details of why you are not eligible to pay using the Klarna Pay Later option.

Currency & VAT

Currently, Norwegian crown (NOK) is the only currency accepted in the webshop. VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the ECTE webshop are subject to change.

Security

To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties
